Bedroom Configurations:

Each room has its own bathroom

• Bedroom 1:  1 Full 3 Twin beds (629 sq ft) 
• Bedroom 2: 3 Twin beds (323 sq ft).
• Bedroom 3: 1 Full 2 Twin beds (380 sq ft).
• Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds (220 sq ft).
• Bedroom 5: 2 Twin beds each (220 sq ft).
• Bedroom 6: 1 Queen bed + 2 Twin beds (330 sq ft)
• Bedroom 7: 4 Twin beds (480 sq ft).
• Bedroom 8: 3 Twin beds (364 sq ft).
• Bedroom 9: 1 Queen and 1 Twin 
• Bedroom 10: 1 Twin
• Suite: 2 Twin and 1 Queen beds (394 sq ft). *fridge and TV incl.
• Studio: 3 Twin beds (Kitchenette, TV, & couch). **great for organizers, assistants, trainers, hired instructor's.

Additional Notes:

• Bedrooms 1 has a recliner.
• Bedrooms 1 thru 5, studio and suite are on ground level.
• Bedrooms 6 thru 10 upstairs with steps access only.
• Bedroom 9 and 10 share a bathroom (not attached to a room)
• Bedroom 1 and bedroom 7 have step-in tubs with shower.
• All other bedrooms have walk-in showers.
• Key pad locks on every bedroom door.
• All bed linens, blankets and pillows and towels are provided.
• Each bed has a lamp, night stand, dedicated outlet, and luggage rack.
• Each room comes with a fan, and hair dryer
• BRING YOUR OWN BODY WASH, SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER.

Art Nest has 28 creative workstations but there are 32 beds (19 beds on bottom floor, 13 beds upstairs for a total of 32 beds)
