Welcome to Art Nest Retreat Center! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or booking a retreat with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, affiliated booking sites, or by contacting us directly.
A deposit of $500 (non-refundable) is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and Venmo. (4% processing fees will apply)
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the program and booking time. Please refer to the specific program page for details.
All refunds are subject to processing fees incurred through credit card or digital payment platforms.

2. Fees and Taxes

Retreat fees include accommodation, participation in scheduled activities, or otherwise noted additional conditions.
Additional fees may apply for optional activities, materials, or transportation.
All applicable taxes will be added to your final bill.

3. Program Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or cancel retreat programs due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, instructor availability, or minimum enrollment requirements.
In the case of a cancellation initiated by Art Nest, you will receive a full refund or be offered a credit toward a future retreat.
We are unable to provide refunds for personal cancellations within 30 days of your arrival.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances that may impact your ability to attend.

4. Weather Policy

At Art Nest Retreat Center, the safety of our guests is a top priority. In the rare case of extreme weather that makes travel or hosting unsafe (such as significant ice storms, flooding, or government-issued weather advisories), we may elect to postpone or cancel a retreat. If this occurs, all registered guests will receive the choice of a full refund or a transfer of credit to a future retreat.

If the retreat center remains open and accessible, and the event continues as planned, we are unable to offer weather-related refunds. We recognize that inclement weather may impact individual travel decisions, and we strongly recommend securing travel insurance for protection against weather-related interruptions.

5. Conduct and Safety

Participants are expected to respect other guests, staff, and property.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
All participants must follow safety regulations and instructions provided by staff.
Art Nest Retreat Center is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss of property during your stay.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Art Nest Retreat Center is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in retreat activities, personal belongings, or travel arrangements.
We make every effort to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors or omissions.
You acknowledge that participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

7. Use of Website and Content

You may use our website for personal use only.
You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any content from our website without express permission.
We reserve the right to withdraw access to our website at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled by arbitration.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Art Nest Retreat Center regarding your use of our website and services.
Any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds. Please read it carefully before booking your retreat.

Cancellations (Individuals Only, Does Not Include Deposit):

More than 30 days prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of $100.
Between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival: A 25% refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of $100.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.

Modifications:

More than 30 days prior to arrival: You may modify your reservation without penalty (subject to availability).
Between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival: Modifications may be made with a 10% fee.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival: Modifications are not guaranteed but may be possible depending on availability and with a 20% fee.

Exceptions:

Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early departures.
No-shows: Reservations not cancelled before the arrival date will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather: We cannot offer refunds due to weather conditions. However, if severe weather forces us to cancel your retreat, we will offer you a full refund or a credit towards a future retreat.
Medical Emergencies: In the case of a documented medical emergency, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Promotional Offers: Some promotional offers may have specific cancellation and modification policies. Please refer to the specific offer details for more information.
Group Bookings: Cancellation and modification policies for group bookings may differ. Please contact us directly for more information.
Payment Processing Fees: Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
