Art Nest has 2 kitchens, the training area has a kitchen with a sink, fridge, microwave and ice maker. Groups often use this area for guests personal food items, drinks and sharable snacks.

Kitchen #2 The main kitchen has 2 commercial sinks, 2 large fridges, 3 ovens, 1 cooktop, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher and filtered water and ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, crockpots, blenders, dishes, silverware. We provide a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, we provide Keurig pods and creamer. We also have a 3rd fridge full of soft drinks and guests can buy a pop for a $1, Top shelf has lots of condiments for community use.

There are 2 living rooms, one downstairs which features lots of seating, couches for napping, record player, TV and a piano and guitar. Upstairs living room has a sectional and a armoire with board games. 

Balcony Area: Foosball table, Air hockey, card table, seating area. 

Spa Area: Hot tub (don't forget your suit) massage chair, work out area.

Office: we have a small office area with a printer/ copier. Perfect for those who might need to do a little work before returning to the fun!

Outside Area: Patio seating area, Fire pit area

1. Respect quiet hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM in the main living area, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
2. No pets allowed (except service animals) – For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted. However, documented service animals are welcome. Service animals must remain under control at all times and should not disrupt the retreat activities or other guests.
   
   • Documentation – Guests bringing service animals must provide appropriate documentation upon check-in.
   • Cleanliness – Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and ensuring they do not cause damage to the property.
   • Behavior – Service animals must be well-behaved and non-disruptive. If the animal becomes disruptive, the guest may be asked to remove the animal from communal spaces.
   • Health and safety – The service animal must be healthy, vaccinated, and free of parasites.

1. No smoking indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility. Please use designated outdoor areas if needed.
2. Keep your workspace tidy – Clean up your station at the end of each session to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
3. Respect shared equipment – Be mindful when using communal tools and equipment. Return everything to its designated place when you’re done.
4. Food and drinks – Enjoy food and beverages in the designated dining areas only. Drinks are allowed at your workspace as long as they are in spill-proof containers.
5. Label your belongings – To avoid mix-ups, clearly label any personal crafting supplies or projects.
6. Safety first – Please follow all safety guidelines when using sharp tools, irons, or other equipment. Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
7. Be considerate of others' space – Avoid spreading your materials or projects beyond your assigned workspace.
8. Respect the schedule – Adhere to any scheduled group activities or workshops, and arrive on time to ensure smooth operations for everyone.
9. Power usage – Please be mindful of power usage. Avoid overloading outlets and always turn off equipment when not in use. You must use only SMALL irons to reduce risk of power issues.
